泥炭弛張篩

通泰泥炭弛張篩可處理6mm以下的粘性難篩分的物料，采用獨特的雙重振動原理，即通過共振幫助，使一個基本橢圓振動帶動了其他的一層或多層的浮床曲張，并且浮床曲張振動的振幅遠大于傳統的振動設備的振幅，產生很大的加速度（50G），從而有效地解決了篩板篩孔堵塞、篩分效率低的問題。

　　根據料群運動自身規律性，通泰弛張篩可有效的使濕粘物料層松散、分層和透篩。
　　設備特點：
　　該設備的結構簡單，驅動部分只需要一臺或兩臺電機，篩子可做成多層篩面，篩機整體總量輕，能耗低、運行平穩可靠，故障率極低，日常維護少，運行噪音低，使用壽命長。
　　技術參數：
     1、篩寬 ：1.5m- 3m
          篩長 ： 6m - 12m
          篩重 ：  5 t- 25 t
     2、入料粒度：100-0mm；
     3、單臺處理量 ：650tph（根據不同的粒度組成處理能力差異較大）
     4、分級粒度：＞3mm；
     5、振幅：13-18mm；
     6、頻率：740-800r/min
     7、篩分效率 ：＞85%；
     8、限下率 ： ＜ 5%；
     9、限上率  ： ＜ 15%；
     10、驅動功率 ： 20 kW -55 kW
     11、篩子角度 ：  8 ° -22 °
