振動電機連電源這些人們應當要注意

  據了解，如果人們在給振動電機連電源時，有一些細節人們需要特別的注意，下面在這里給大家講述一下需要注意的方面。

振動電機

  首先由于振動電機的出電纜要接受振動，所以應選用重型的四芯電纜，在靠近電纜出口處不能隨意進行曲折，一定要有一個大于電纜外徑8-9倍的曲折半徑，然后再將電纜固定到靜止不動的機器或者框架上。其間距離大約為0.6米到0.9米。在固定電纜的卡子處應墊有柔軟的絕緣材料，從而避免磨擦損害電纜。四芯電纜的接地線，一端與接線盒內的接地螺釘相連接，另一端必需牢靠接地。小類型的振動電機，機殼上沒有接線盒，需運用重型三芯電纜直接從電機內部接線。在電機的底腳附近裝有接地螺釘，運用時必需牢靠接地。
  另外我們要注意的是：振動電機出線電纜為易損件，常因振動磨擦損害，致使電機缺相運轉，損壞電機。用戶應常常查看電纜情況，如有磨損需及時替換同類型電纜，以免影響振動電機的使用壽命。
